Default Add a Brown Paper Bag helm for all classes.
With eye holes or not, this would clearly be the most awesome of all headpieces, especially for those people with super ugly faces.

Add a collector somewhere and make it require 250 of a certain type of item.

It would be the best thing ever, especially for ritualists, since their faces are so ugly anyway and those headwraps don't always cover their whole face.
